【Abstract】 This paper discusses the whole process cost management of construction projects from the perspective of construction unit,concludes that the main axis technology of the whole process cost management is the continuous convergence of target cost,and four auxiliary technical routes must be operated,such as contract management and control,capital plan,economic comparison and risk response,in order to promote the construction projects investment estimation from the smooth completion of the project step by step to final,and achieve the investment objectives of cost control.更多还原
