【Abstract】 In the case of valid tenders less than three after judgment during purchasing bidding activities in universities,this paper proposes to follow compliance and evaluates objectiely competitiveness of valid tenders from commerce,technique,economy and coincidence degree of comprehensive response,analyzes the work in two different common situations,provides the useful reference for the management of cargo purchasing bidding activities in infrastructure engineering organized independently by universities.更多还原
