【Abstract】 At president,our country implements the construction plan design document examination system,this system has played a mandatory role in controlling engineering quality,and TIS must review the design quality whether it is feasible to replace the TIS design inspection with a construction plan inspection. This paper summarized the similarities and differences between construction drawing inspection and TIS design inspection,and demonstrated the importance and necessity of TIS design inspection through specific engineering quality accident cases.更多还原
