结构实体混凝土强度检验与评定若干问题讨论
Several Issues on Inspection and Assessment of Compressive Strength of Structural Concrete
【摘要】 结构实体混凝土强度直接关系到混凝土结构工程的安全性。新修订的GB 50204-2015《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》首次提出"回弹-取芯"法可用于结构实体混凝土强度验收,并规定了使用方法及合格评判标准,对保障建设工程质量具有重要意义。结合笔者多年研究和对相关规范的学习体会,对结构实体混凝土强度检验与评定工作中诸如检验批、强度分布、置信水平等问题进行讨论并提出建议。
【Abstract】 Compressive strength of structural concrete directly relate to security of concrete structure engineering. New version GB50204-2015 "Code for Quality Acceptance of Concrete Structure Construction" first put forward that "rebound-coring" method could be useful for the solid strength of concrete structure acceptance,and the use method and qualified evaluation standards was stipulated[1],which was of great significance to guarantee construction quality. Combined with years of research and the learning experience of the relevant specification,this paper discussed inspection lot,the intensity distribution,the confidence level and so on and made suggestions.
