【摘要】 从一起淋浴区电气触电事故入手,分析事故的原因,提出应注意卫生间漏电保护、灯具的选择及安装位置、电气接地和等电位设置等方面的问题,并针对从毛坯房建设和住宅装修两个阶段提出了消除电气安全隐患的建议措施,在设计上应强制设置卫生间电气回路的漏电保护,明确淋浴区灯具的要求和安装位置,施工中将电气等电位等安全设置实施到位等。最后提出精装修交付是解决此类问题的最终途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Started from the electric shock accident in shower area,this paper analyzed the cause of the accident,proposed we should pay attention to toilet residual current protection,the selection and installation location of lamps and lanterns,protective grounding and equipotential bonding,and put forward suggested measures on eliminate electrical safety hazards for the two stage of semifinished product construction and house decoration,it should be forced to set up the electric circuits leakage protection in toilet,clarify requirement and installation position of the shower area lamps and lanterns,implemented in security settings such as electric potential under construction. Finally,provided the final way to solve the problem is fine decoration delivery acceptance.更多还原
