【摘要】 服务性价比是服务质量与服务价格的综合反映,本文从服务性价比的视角研究了云计算环境下SaaS服务供应链的协调问题;设计收入共享-成本共担组合契约实现了供应链协调,并推导出与组合契约等效的成本共担契约和利润共享契约。研究发现,服务性价比的高低除了依赖于客户服务使用量,还受到服务供应链协调性的影响,协调可以提高服务性价比,从而增加客户效用,这表明服务供应链协调可使客户和服务提供商都受益。研究结果为实现IT服务商业模式的共赢提供了理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the coordination problem in the SaaS service supply chain under cloud computing environment from the perspective of performance-price ratio,which is an integrated measure of service quality and price.A revenue sharing-cost sharing combined contract is proposed to coordinate the supply chain.Moreover,we deduce a cost sharing contract and a profit sharing contract which are equivalent to the combined contract.Research shows that the service performance-price ratio is affected not only by customer service usage amount,but also by the coordination of service supply chain.Coordination can enhance the service performance-price ratio,and thus increase the utility of customers.Results manifest that the coordination of service supply chain benefits both the customers and service providers.The results of the analysis have theoretical implications for achieving a win-win IT service business model.更多还原
