技术创新网络中核心企业形成过程中知识流动的适应性仿真
The Adaptive Simulation of Core Enterprise Knowledge Flow in Technological Innovation Network
【摘要】 随着研发网络化环境的形成,技术创新网络中结点间知识流动过程对网络结构演变的影响成为学者们关注的问题。通过分析技术创新网络中知识结点之间的不同流动方式,重点探讨了企业间知识流动过程对网络结点企业地位的影响,在此基础上,利用Netlogo自带的Logo语言对创新网络中核心企业形成过程中知识流动的适应性系统进行仿真。研究结果发现,结点间知识适应度的差异程度越大,结点间进行知识交互的可能性就越小,不利于网络结点间进行合作创新过程;而跨组织学习能力的离散程度越高,网络结点企业核心性形成的平均时间就越短。
【Abstract】 With the formation of R&D network environment,technological innovation network knowledge flows between nodes on the network structure of the process of evolution have become scholars’ concern.Through the analysis of different flow patterns between knowledge nodes in technology innovation networks,we discuss the influence of inter-firm knowledge flow process of enterprise network node status and the core of enterprise innovation network formation process of knowledge flow adaptive system simulation using Netlogo with Logo language.The results of the study show that he bigger the degree of difference in knowledge adaptiveness between nodes,the smaller the possibility of knowledge interaction between nodes is,which is not conducive to the process of cooperative innovation between network nodes;and the higher the discrete degree of Inter-organizational learning ability is,the shorter the average time of forming the core network node enterprise is.
