【摘要】 本文利用传统企业边界交易成本理论深入讨论互联网经济下形成的虚拟商圈,探讨虚拟商圈与传统商圈扩张影响机制的异同,选取2010~2016年54家电子商务上市公司的面板数据进行实证检验,研究结论显示:在虚拟商圈中技术创新和人力资源成本是虚拟商圈扩张的重要影响因素,技术创新有利于保持高度的核心竞争力,人力资源成本表示所拥有的知识资源越丰富,越有利于创新发展,扩大边界。资产专用性和盈利能力对虚拟商圈扩张的影响程度较微弱,主要是因为资产专用性导致交易成本降低从而影响虚拟商圈扩张的路径不明显,同时虚拟商圈中更着重于追求长期规模经济所致。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,through the analysis of the results of traditional enterprise boundary theory.We introduce the virtual values of this factor,investigate the influence mechanism of virtual shopping district with the traditional business district boundary,select enabled 41 years panel data of e-commerce company for empirical test and draw a conclusion.In the virtual shopping district technology innovation and human resource cost is an important factor of the expansion of virtual business circle.Technology innovation is conducive to maintaining the height of the core competitiveness,human resources cost means that the more abundant knowledge resources are,the more conducive innovation and development is in expanding the borders.The influence degree of asset specificity and profitability to the boundary of virtual shopping district is relatively weak,which may be due to the less obvious influence of the reduced transaction cost caused by asset specificity on the expansion of virtual business circle and more emphasis on the pursuit of long-term economies of scale in virtual shopping district.更多还原
