氯化钙电化学加固软土的试验研究

【摘要】 沿海地区软土处理一直以来是土木工程领域亟需克服的技术难题之一。由于软土渗透系数小,传统的处理方法效率十分低下,而电化学加固法不受渗透系数影响,排水固结速度快,加固效果显著。现阶段电化学加固机理仍未完善,限制了该法在实际工程中的推广应用,因此,有必要进一步开展对电化学加固法的研究。文章研究了氯化钙溶液的浓度和注浆量等因素对软土排水加固的影响。研究表明,在同等条件下,加入氯化钙溶液的排水速率优于直接电渗加固的排水速率;浓度小于20%时,随着浓度的升高排水速率不断提高;浓度大于30%时,随着浓度的升高,排水速率不断降低;最佳浓度范围为20%~30%;最佳浓度下的注入量对土中水的排出无影响。

【Abstract】 Soft soil treatment in coastal areas is one of the technical problems that need to be overcome in the field of civil engineering. Due to the low permeability of soft soil,the traditional treatment methods are not effective,while the electrochemical method is remarkable because it will not be affected by soil permeability,and the drainage consolidation is fast. The mechanism of electrochemical treatment is not so clear at present which limits the application of this method in practice. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out further research on the method. The influence of the concentration of calcium chloride solution and intake amount on drainage consolidation of soft soil is studied in this paper. The study shows that under the same conditions,the drainage rate of adding calcium chloride solution is better than that of electroosmotic; when the concentration is lower than 20%,with the increase of the concentration,the drainage rate increases continuously; when concentration is higher than 30%, with the increase of the concentration,the drainage rate begin to reduce; the optimum concentration range is from 20% to 30%;during the optimum concentration,the amount of solution injection amount will not affect the pore water discharge in the soft soil.
