掘进机电控箱环形阻尼悬置结构非线性刚度特性

【摘要】 掘进机电控箱具有强烈的振动敏感性,为减缓其振动水平,提出一种环形约束阻尼悬置结构(TCDI),并对其非线性静态刚度特性开展研究。建立TCDI的有限元模型,对其在不同径向载荷和轴向载荷作用下的刚度特性进行分析。结果表明,TCDI阻尼层刚度随载荷增大而增大,具有非线性自适应动态调整特性;阻尼层和钢圈在极限载荷工况均具有充足的支撑刚度,满足掘进机在复杂工况下的刚度要求。利用TCDI对某掘进机电控箱隔振系统进行改造,获得良好隔振效果。

【Abstract】 There is a great vibratory sensibility of the electric control box in a tunnel borer,therefore, it has to provide a TCDI to carry out a study on its non-linear static rigidity. A finite elements model has to be constructed for the TCDI to analyze its rigidity under different radial and axial loads. The results show that rigidity of the TCDI’s damping layer would increase with load increase, with a feature in self suitability and readjustment, in a form of non-linearity, while the damping layer and the rim would both have sufficient rigidity to support under extreme loading conditions, satisfying the tunnel driver’s rigidity demand under complex working conditions. Using the TCDI to alter vibratory isolation system of a tunnel driver’s electric control chamber has got a good vibratory isolation effect.
