基于VB的液压挖掘机电喷发动机参数检测

【摘要】 高压共轨电喷发动机中的发动机控制器(ECM)能够完成大量发动机数据的采集,这些数据通过J1939总线协议规则进行共享。为实现在上位机上对更多发动机数据的解析,提出一种基于PC的上位机软件获取SAE J1939协议具体参数的方法。该方法不需要对液压挖掘机的电气系统进行任何修改,就能实时监测发动机各主要参数,并最终以虚拟表盘的形式展示。以发动机水温数据为例,详细分析SAE J1939协议中发动水温的具体位置和解析算法,并选用一款USB-CAN适配器,利用其丰富的API接口函数设计出一款基于VB的上位机水温检测软件。

【Abstract】 Common rail electronic injection system in the engine has its controller ECM that can collect a number of data from the engine, which can be shared thru J1939 bus of regulations in agreement.In order to realize more analyses of the engine’s data for the upper computer there is put forth a method to get concrete data thru SAE J1939 agrenement as based on software of an upper PC, that does not need to modify electric system of hydraulic excavators before monitoring main data of the engine in real time,that can be finally displayed in a virtual panel. Now that take the engine’s coolant temp for instance to analyze in detail real position of the coolant as showed in SAE J1939 agreement for analyzing the algorithm, while selecting a USB-CAN adapter, before designing a software to detect the engine’s coolant for the upper PC, utilizing multi functions at the API interface as based on VB.
