【摘要】 为了了解甘肃省成人现阶段肛肠疾病的患病情况,以甘肃省18岁及以上的居民作为研究对象,运用多阶段按地区分层随机抽样的方法,采用问卷调查的形式记录被访问者的肛肠疾病患病情况,通过样本测算总体。结果显示,甘肃省肛肠疾病总患病率为49.45%,痔患病率为40.64%,明显高于其他肛肠疾病患病率,占所有患病总数的82.17%。少数民族、农村居民,久坐、久站等特殊职业者,有生育史的妇女,丧偶者,有肛肠疾病家族史及待业或失业居民肛肠疾病患病率均较高,为肛肠疾病患病的高危人群。结果表明,甘肃省肛肠疾病患病率较高,应加大防治和宣传教育力度,重点关注高危人群。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to inquire the diseased status at present on anorectal diseases among adult of Gansu province, authors selected the residents(aged 18 and over 18) as research objects,by using the method of multi-stage,stratified randomly sampling around the region,and questionnaire surgery pattern,investigated and recorded the diseased status of the visited,then through samples calculated whole.As results,in Gansu province total prevalence rate was 49.45%,the morbidity of hemorrhoids was 40.64%,which was significantly higher than other anorectal diseases,accounted to 82.17% of total diseased number;the population(national minority, rural residents, special occupation worker being long-time sitting or standing, women with procreation history,who lost spouse,the residents with anorectal disease familar history,and unemployed residents or who being out of work) was of higher morbility of anorectal diseases,belongs to highrisk one.Results show that the anorectal diseases morbility around Gansu province is higher, therefore it should be to strengthen prevention & treatment and relevant promotional education,and to notice high-risk population.更多还原
