【摘要】 为评价复方亚甲蓝注射液局部封闭治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效,将2016年4月至2017年4月郑州市大肠肛门病医院收治的126例肛周湿疹患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各63例。试验组患者采用复方亚甲蓝液局部封闭,对照组患者给予醋酸泼尼松龙乳膏外涂。对比分析2组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果显示,试验组治愈32例(50.8%),显效19例,好转11例,无效1例,总有效率为98.4%(62/63)。对照组治愈27例(42.9%),显效20例,好转10例,无效6例,总有效率为90.5%(57/63)。2组治愈率、总有效率比较,试验组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生情况积分为(3.41±0.56)分,对照组为(10.83±2.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,复方亚甲蓝注射液局部封闭治疗肛周湿疹疗效好、不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to evaluate the clinical effect of locally blocking by compound methylene blue injection for treating perianal eczema,randomly divided 126 cases treated in authors’ hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 into trial group and control one,63 cases for each, which the former received above-mentioned injection therapy,the latter was given prednisolone acetate ointment for externally painting;then compared and analyzed both groups’ efficacies and adverse reaction status. As results,in trial group 32 cases were cured(curative rate was 50.8%),19 got excellence response,11 got improved,1 was of non-response,thus total effective rate was 98.4%(62/63), meanwhile in control one, 27 cases(42.9%), 20,10,6,thus 90.5%(57/63).Hence in curative rate and total effective rate trial group was superior to control group( P <0.05),and in the rating on adverse reaction incidence trial group also superior to control group[(3.41 ±0.56) points vs(10.83±2.24) points], there was statistical difference( P <0.05).Results show that locally blocking methylene blue injection has better effect and less adverse reaction.It is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.更多还原
