【摘要】 为探讨消痔灵注射加肛门括约肌松解术治疗直肠前突的临床效果,将122例直肠前突患者按治疗方法分为观察组(64例)和对照组(58例),观察组采用消痔灵注射加肛门括约肌松解术治疗,对照组采用经阴道直肠前突修补术治疗,比较2组临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症及后遗症。结果显示,2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及术后并发症、后遗症等方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结果表明,消痔灵注射加肛门括约肌松解术治疗直肠前突具有手术时间短、术中出血少、住院时间短、术后并发症及后遗症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to explore the clinical effect of injecting Xiaozhiling plus ano-sphincter lysis for treating rectocele,divided 122 patients with rectocele into observation group(64 cases) and control one(58 cases) according to treatment method, which the former received above combination therapy, meanwhile the latter adopted transvaginal repair of rectocele procedure;then compared both groups’ clinical effect,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,hospital stay,postoperative complications and sequela.As results, in the effect there was no statistical difference between the two groups( P >0.05),but in other indexes,the former was all superior to the latter(P <0.01).Results show that the therapy used in the former for rectocele has such merits as short operative time,less intraoperetive bleeding volume, short hospital stay,less postoperative complication and sequela,etc.更多还原
