【摘要】 为观察复方亚甲蓝注射联合中药熏洗坐浴在肛门疾病手术患者中的应用效果,将130例拟行手术治疗的肛门疾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各65例,对照组术后接受常规治疗,治疗组术后在常规治疗的基础上,接受复方亚甲蓝注射及中药熏洗坐浴。对比2组患者术后肛门疼痛及尿潴留发生率。结果显示,治疗组患者无疼痛27例(41.5%),Ⅰ度疼痛30例(46.2%),Ⅱ度疼痛8例(12.3%),Ⅲ度疼痛0例;对照组无疼痛0例,Ⅰ度疼痛25例(38.5%),Ⅱ度疼痛30例(46.2%),Ⅲ度疼痛10例(15.4%)。治疗组患者术后均未发生尿潴留,对照组尿潴留17例(26.2%)。治疗组Ⅱ+Ⅲ度疼痛及尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,复方亚甲蓝注射联合中药熏洗坐浴可有效减轻肛门疾病术后疼痛,缓解患者痛苦,降低尿潴留的发生率,优于常规疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to observe the application efficacy of injecting compound methylene blue combined with TCM fuming-washing & sitz bath at postoperation of anal disease,randomly divided 130 cases with anal diseases to be subject to surgery into control group and treatment one,65 cases for each;after operation the former received routine therapy,on the basis of which the latter also received compound methylene blue injection and TCM fuming-washing & sitz bath;then the incidences of postoperative pain status,of uroschesis were compared between both groups.As results,in the latter 27 cases(41.5%) were no pain status,Ⅰ° pain was in 30 cases(46.2%),Ⅱ° pain in 8 cases(12.3%), Ⅲ° pain was in 0 cases,meanwhile in the former 0 cases,25 cases(38.5%),30 cases(46.2%), 10 cases(15.4%); uroschesis occured in 17 cases(26.2%) of the former,and no in the latter;thus in the incidence of Ⅱ°+Ⅲ° pain,and uroschesis the latter was all lower than the former( P <0.05).Results show that injecting compound methylene blue plus TCM fuming-washing & sitz bath can effectively alleviate pain,reduce uroschesis incidence,is superior to routine therapy.更多还原
