【摘要】 为分析影响直肠癌淋巴结转移的临床病理因素,2014年6~12月,对直肠癌患者105例采用单因素和Logistic多因素回归分析,明确影响直肠癌淋巴结转移的临床病理因素。结果显示,直肠癌的分化程度、浸润深度和肿瘤出芽是影响淋巴结转移的重要因素。结果表明,直肠癌相关的临床病理因素可不同程度的反映患者的淋巴结转移情况,癌组织的分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度及肿瘤出芽情况有助于判断淋巴结转移情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to analyse the clinical pathological factors influencing metastasis of rectal carcinoma to lymph node, authors used univariate analysis and Logistic multi-variate regression analysis to analyse the clinical data of 105 cases from Jun. 2014 to Dec. 2014 and make the factors clear.As results,differentiation degree,infiltration depth and neoplasm germination of rectal carcinoma are important factors influencing matastasis to lymph nodes.Results show that in varying degree the relevant clinical pathological factors of rectal carcinoma can reflect the situation of lymph node metastasis;and differentiation degree of carcinoma tissue,neoplasm infiltration depth as well as its germination status are helpful to jude lymph node metastasis progression.更多还原
