贵州山区台湾泥鳅人工繁殖技术
Artificial Breeding Technology of Taiwan Loach in Guizhou Mountainous Area
【摘要】 为贵州山区规模化生产台湾泥鳅种苗提供科学依据,2015—2016年采用人工催产技术对规格为17~19尾/kg和12~14尾/kg的雌亲鳅505.5kg进行了人工繁殖研究。结果表明:2015年繁育台湾泥鳅种苗4批共840万尾,平均受精率70.25%,孵化率73%,种苗成活57%;2016年繁育种苗5批共1 640万尾,平均受精率93.40%,孵化率96.8%,种苗成活70%;2年共繁育泥鳅种苗2 480万尾,实现种苗销售产值224万元,利润89.6万元。在一定的亲鳅标准(8~10尾/kg)、科学合理的孵化设施(一槽一系统)以及育苗池(单池面积1 200~1 300m~2,池深1.4~1.5m,水位保持1.2~1.3m)条件下,贵州山区能较好地对台湾泥鳅种苗进行规模化人工繁殖,并取得良好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 To provide the scientific basis for scale production of Taiwan loach hatchlings in Guizhou mountainous area,the technique of artificial oxytocin was used on Taiwan loach of 505.5 kg(1 kg for 17~19 fish or 12~14 fish)artificial breeding from 2015 to 2016.Results:In 2015,the fry breeding of 8.4 million(4 batches),the average fertility rate of 70.25%,the hatching rate of 73%,the average survival rate of 57%;In 2016,the fry breeding of 16.4 million(5 batches),the average fertility rate of 93.4%,the hatching rate of 96.8%,the average survival rate of 70%.The total fry breeding was 24.8 million in the two years.The sales value was 2.24 million Yuan,and profit was 0.896 million Yuan.Under conditions of definite standard(8~10 fish/kg),scientific hatching equipments(one-for-one system)and nursery pond(area 1 200~ 1 300 m~2,depth 1.4~1.5 m,water level 1.2~1.3 m),artificial scale breeding of Taiwan loach could be preferably conducted in Guizhou mountainous area,and good economic benefits could be achieved as well.
