不同促萌处理对葡萄芽萌发和果实品质的影响
The Effect of Different Treatments of Stimulating Germination on Grapes Buds and Fruit Quality
【摘要】 本研究以3a生‘香悦’,‘夏黑’葡萄为试材,采用不同浓度单氰胺涂芽、刻芽及涂芽+刻芽进行促萌处理。研究显示,不同的促萌处理可使中熟‘香悦’葡萄冬芽萌发时间提前5~14 d,果实成熟时间提前11~23 d;可使早熟‘夏黑’葡萄冬芽萌发时间提前14~24 d,果实成熟时间提前9~22 d。不同处理间比较发现,涂芽+刻芽的处理对‘香悦’葡萄促萌效果最佳,涂芽次之,刻芽最差,其中2.5%单氰胺涂芽+刻芽效果最好,冬芽萌发时间提前提前对照14 d,果实成熟时间提前23 d;涂芽处理对‘夏黑’葡萄促萌效果最优,涂芽+刻芽次之,刻芽最差;3.0%单氰胺直接涂芽效果最佳,使果实提早22~23 d成熟。各促萌处理对果实的品质均无显著性影响。
【Abstract】 In this study, 3a‘Xiangyue’grapes and‘Xiahei’grapes as material, by coating buds, bud-notching and coating buds + bud-notching buds with different concentrations of cyanamide to promote sprouting process. The study shows that mid-maturation‘Xiangyue’grapes winter buds sprout ahead of time 5~14 d, fruit ripening ahead of time 11~23 d; however, the premature ’Xiahei’ grapes winter buds sprout ahead of time 14~24 d, fruit ripening ahead of time 9~22 d. Comparison between different experimental treatments, we found that coating buds +bud-notching buds for ‘Xiangyue’grapes with 2.5% cyanamide is most effective, followed by coating buds, and bud-notching is the worst. It can shorten the germination time of winter buds for 14 d and the ripening time for 23 d;but for‘Xiahei’grapes, coating buds with 3% cyanamide is best, coating buds + bud-notching and bud-notching take second place, making fruit mature early for 22~23 d. And each sprouting treatments had no significant effect on the quality of fruit.
