一种双锥体结构立体织物的设计与试织
Design and Test Weaving of a 3D Fabric in Double-cone Structure
【摘要】 为了得到双锥体结构立体织物,设计其结构为2.5D法向增强顶端封闭,由内外两层织物截面渐增或渐减形成双锥体,两层织物之间以纱线接结形成2.5D结构,其底面呈圆形或菱形,有正织和反织两种方法,正织方法通过逐渐减少两侧经纱得到锥体形状,反织方法通过逐渐增加两侧经纱得到锥体形状,同时反织采用了特殊的整经方法,把一根纱当从胸梁折回当两根使用,顶端完全封闭。
【Abstract】 In order to obtain a three-dimensional fabric in double-cone structure, the paper designed a 2.5D normally reinforced structure with closed top, which is formed by enlarging or tapering the cross section of both the inner and outer layers of the fabric and connecting the two layers with float yarn. The bottom crosssection of the cones can be either round-or diamond-shaped. The cone-shape structure can be woven either from bottom to top by reducing the number of warp on both sides, or from top to bottom by increasing the number of warp on both sides. When weaving from top to bottom, a special warping method was adopted, i.e. a yarn turned back from the breast beam and it was used as warp for both outer and inner layers of the fabric and drawn-in different heddle frames for closing the top.
