新型天然棕色素在羊毛织物上的染色性能研究
Research on Dyeing Performance of a Natural Brown Pigment on Wool Fabric
【摘要】 新型天然棕色素是蘑菇产业的一种副产物。本文研究了其在羊毛织物上的染色性能。该色素在水中呈深棕色,最大吸收波长λmax为256 nm。在p H值为3,染色温度95℃,染色时间80 min,不添加任何助剂的情况下,其耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度均可达到4~5级,耐日晒色牢度可达3级。新型天然棕色素在纺织行业的应用不仅成本低廉,而且生产过程清洁。
【Abstract】 The pigment of Agaricus brunnescens Peck is a by-product in mushroom industry.The dyeing performance of the pigment on wool fabric was studied.The pigment was deep brown and itsλmax was256 nm in water.Under the optimum condition(p H value 3,95℃for 80 min without any other agent),the color fastness to washing and rubbing could reach 4~5 class,and the light fastness also could reach 3class.The results showed that utilization of the pigment in textile industry would be ecologically sound and economically advantageous.
