【摘要】 肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)为罕见病,目前尚缺乏有效的治疗手段,吞咽障碍对肌萎缩侧索硬化患者来说是最关键的问题之一,它可导致严重营养不良、吸入性肺炎及心理状况异常。ALS患者面临的最严重的吞咽障碍是口腔及咽期吞咽障碍,伴有该症状的患者失去将食物或液体从口腔运输至食管的能力。口腔及咽期吞咽障碍会对ALS患者的生活质量造成影响。本文主要对国内外肌萎缩侧索硬化患者吞咽障碍评定研究进展进行综述,包括吞咽功能筛查、临床功能评定、量表评定、仪器评定和心理评定。我国对于ALS患者吞咽障碍方面的研究甚少,需得到关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a rare disease,dysphagia is one of the most critical issues for ALS patients,which leads to severe malnutrition,aspiration pneumonia and abnormal mental status.One of the most severe and invalidating symptoms faced by many patients with ALS,is oropharyngeal dysphagia,a swallowing disorder that disrupts the ability to move food or liquid safely and efficiently from the mouth through the pharynx into the esophagus.Swallowing deficits may also worsen patients’quality of life.Nearly all patients with ALS manifest bulbar involvement in advanced disease.There is almost none study of dysphagia in patients with ALS,we reviewed recent advances of evaluation of dysphagia in ALS patients,including screening of dysphagia,clinical assessment,scale,equipment evaluation and psychological assessment.Research of dysphagia in patients with ALS in China is seldom studied and needs attention.更多还原
