【Abstract】 Through investigating the career maturity status of nursing students with different academic degrees by questionnaires,the influence factors of their career maturity were analized,and then the strategy of guiding students to do career planing according to the influence factors of career muturity was proposed in this paper.Besides,it is also claimed in this paper that educators should integrate humanities concern into guiding process and lay emphasis on the cultivation of professional psychological quality to enhance career maturity of nursing students.更多还原
