建立液相色谱串联质谱同时检测全血中佐匹克隆、唑吡坦、扎来普隆和褪黑素的方法。采用液液萃取进行提取,提取物以Inersil ODS(2.1×100 mm,3.5μm)色谱柱分离,以10 mmol/L的甲酸铵水溶液(体积分数0.1%甲酸)-乙腈(体积分数0.1%甲酸)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 m L/min,液相色谱串联质谱检测。全血中佐匹克隆、唑吡坦和褪黑素的线性范围为0.20~100.0ng/m L,检出限为0.20ng/m L;扎来普隆的线性范围为0.50~100.0ng/m L,检出限0.50ng/m L。

A method for simultaneous determination of zopiclone,zolpidem,zaleplon and melatonin in whole blood by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry( LC-MS) was established. Samples were extracted by liquid-liquid extraction.
