带等腰三角形槽微通道的数值分析
Numerical analysis of micro-channel with an isosceles triangle grooves
【摘要】 为对研究等腰三角形槽结构,分析其对微通道内流体流动和传热的影响,采用有限体积法,运用FLUENT软件进行数值模拟分析.在Re=497~1 000范围内,对顶底角分别为20°、40°、60°的等腰三角形槽进行分析,以压降小、Nusselt数高为目标,得出具有较好散热性能的等腰三角形槽的形状尺寸.研究结果表明:底角60°的等腰三角形槽微通道的散热性能较好.
【Abstract】 Recent research demonstrates that fabricated micro-structure(grooves/ribs) in the micro-channel can improve the roughness and enhance heat transfer. This paper studied the structure of isosceles triangle grooves and its effect on fluid flow and heat transfer in micro-channel. The finite volume method and FLUENT software were used to analyze numerically the isosceles triangle grooves and its effect on fluid flow and heat transfer in micro-channel. Within the scope of the Re = 497 ~ 1 000, three kinds of working condition was analyzed which is the α=20°, 40° and 60°. With low pressure drop and high Nusselt number as the goal, a better heat dissipation performance of isosceles triangle groove shape size was obtained. The research results show that the micro-channel of isosceles triangle groove with bottom angle of α=60° has better heat dissipation performance.
