二氧化碳爆破布置参数数值模拟

【摘要】 为确定二氧化碳爆破增加煤层瓦斯透气性技术的最佳爆破孔间距及控制孔的布置方式,采用FLAC3D和Comsol软件对不同间距多空爆破和爆破影响半径进行数值模拟.研究结果表明:爆破器间距约为5 m、爆破孔间距约为7 m,且控制孔布置在相邻爆破孔中间时,液态二氧化碳多孔连续爆破能够达到最理想的爆破增透效果,而且控制孔的半径越大,增透效果越明显,瓦斯抽采效率越高.

【Abstract】 In order to determine the best blasting hole spacing on the basis of physical principles and control hole arrangement for increasing the gas permeability of coal seam with carbon dioxide blasting technology, this paper used FLAC3D and Comsol software for different spacing between long-short radius of blasting and the blasting effect to carry on the numerical simulation. The results show that the blasting spacing is about 5 m, and about 7 m for blasting hole spacing. When the hole arrangement and control is in the middle of the adjacent blasting hole, liquid carbon dioxide porous continuous blasting can achieve ideal blasting anti-reflection effect. The larger the radius of the control hole, the more obvious the anti-reflection effect, and the higher the gas extraction efficiency.
