NDB-9/15液压变轨吊伸缩臂的优化
NDB-9/15 hydraulic telescopic crane orbit optimization design
【摘要】 为克服传统液压变轨吊伸缩臂笨重和灵活性差的缺陷,首先确定优化要素,采用Solid works对NDB-9/15液压变轨吊的主臂和副臂进行参数化建模,并对模型进行有限元分析.然后,利用Workbench在保证设计要求的前提下对其主臂和副臂进行质量优化.结果表明:优化后的主臂和副臂在满足设计要求的条件下质量分别降低了5.8%和3.6%,达到了优化目的.
【Abstract】 In order to overcome the conventional hydraulic telescopic crane orbit cumbersome and inflexible defects, this paper determined the optimized elements firstly, built the parametric model for the hydraulic NDB-9/15 orbit crane main arm and the auxiliary arm by using Solid works, and carried out finite element analysis. Then this paper optimized the weight of main arm and auxiliary arm by optimization model in Workbench. The results show that on the premise of ensuring the design requirements, the weight of the main arm and vice arm is reduced by 5.8% and 3.6%, respectively, which achieved the optimization.
