兴阜煤矿矿井水井下处理

【摘要】 针对兴阜煤矿矿井水的水质水量与井下用水要求,提出兴阜煤矿矿井水井下处理并回用的方案,对原有的井下水仓改造为沉砂槽、机械混凝沉淀池和斜板沉淀池,处理水水质可满足井下生产要求.对矿井水井下处理工程投资及运营成本进行估算,结果表明:兴阜煤矿矿井水井下处理的成本仅为0.2~0.25元/t,相比于目前的井下用水价格可节省约1.00元/t,兴阜煤矿进行矿井水井下处理及回用方案是可行的,且具有良好的经济效益.

【Abstract】 Aiming at the water quality of Xingfu mine water and the demand of underground water usage, this paper put forward a technology for underground treatment. Original underground mine water sump was changed into complex settling pond, and disc filter was used to filter. The investment and the operation cost of underground mine water treatment project was estimated. The result shows that the cost of underground mine water treatment is only 0.2~0.25 yuan per ton, saving about 1 yuan per ton compare with the price of industrial water. This prove that it is feasible and saving for underground mine water treatment in Xing Fu mine.
