【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理干预联合重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中患者运动功能康复的效果。方法选择2015年7-12月收治的40例脑卒中患者为对照组,2016年1-6月收治同类的44例患者为观察组。对照组给予重复经颅磁刺激治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预,包括认知干预、心理干预、音乐放松,分别在干预前1d、干预后10d、20d比较两组患者的运动功能评分和日常生活能力评分。结果重复测量方法分析显示,两组患者的运动功能评分和日常生活能力评分的组间效应、时间效应、交互效应均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重复经颅磁刺激基础上给予综合护理干预可以进一步提升脑卒中患者运动功能的康复效果,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the motor function rehabilitation in stroke patients.Methods 44 stroke patients were collected as the control group during July 2015 and December 2015,and the same kind of another 44 patients during January 2016 and June 2016 were chosen as the intervention group.The control group received repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,while the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.including cognitive intervention,psychological intervention and music therapy.Compared the Fugl-Meyer scores and Barthel index scores at one day before the intervention,10 days and 20 days after the intervention.Result Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that between-group effect,time effect,and the interaction effect of the Fugl-Meyer scores and Barthel index scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can further improve the motor function rehabilitation in stroke patients,and worth clinical promotion.更多还原
