【摘要】 目的构建内镜质量规范化管理评价指标体系。方法以Donabedian质量三维结构模式为基础,通过文献分析法、专家访谈法初步构建内镜质量规范化管理评价指标体系条目池,运用Delphi法对该指标体系进行函询论证,通过层次分析法计算各级指标权重并进行一致性检验。结果通过两轮专家函询,最终确定内镜质量规范化管理评价指标体系,其中3个一级指标、8个二级指标、21个三级指标。结论本评价指标体系的构建,专家积极性、权威程度和专家意见的集中程度均较高,结果科学、可靠、可信,能够对内镜质量的规范化管理提供详细、可量化的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the assessment indicator system of endoscope’s quality standardized management.Method The hem pool of assessment indicator system of endoscope’s quality standardized management was established by analyzing bibliographies and interviewing specialists based on the Donabedian three dimensional structure quality mode.The indicator system demonstrated by the Delphi method.The index weight at all levels and consistency test was conducted through the analytic hierarchy process.Result Through two rounds of expert consultation,the evaluation index system of quality standard management of endoscope was ultimately determined,among which,3of them was the first level indicators,the 8indicators of the second level,and the 21 indicators of the three level.Conclusion The degree of concentration of the enthusiasm of experts,authority and expert opinions for the evaluation index system were higher.The results are scientific,reliable and credible,and can provide detailed and quantifiable basis for the standardized management of endoscopic quality.更多还原
