【摘要】 目的探讨智能评分缺损患者潜在安全隐患及有针对性的护理干预效果。方法将2014年1月-2016年3月在我院神经一区、二区收治的智能评分缺损患者240例按入院顺序分为观察组(收住神经一病区)和对照组(收住神经二病区),每组120例。观察组根据患者潜在安全隐患进行有针对性的安全管理、健康教育、神经护理和康复指导等;对照组患者按照传统神经内科护理方法进行护理。比较两组患者入院时和出院时的智能状态(MMSE)、意外事件发生率及对科室护理工作的满意度。结果观察组护理意外事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MMSE评分及患者满意度也显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对智能评分缺损患者实施护理安全管理,提高患者认知能力及对服务的满意度,可降低意外事件的发生率,保障患者安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the potential safety hidden danger and the targeted nursing intervention effect of intelligent score defect patients.Methods From January 2014 to March 2016 240 patients in our hospital were treated with intelligent scoring in the first district and the second district of our hospital,According to the order of admission,the patients was divided into observation group and control group,Each group of 120 cases,patients in observation group was given targeted safety management,health education,nerve care and rehabilitation guidance according to the patients potential security risks.Patients in control group was given traditional nursing care methods in department of internal medicine.The two groups of patients at admission and discharge at the time of the state of intelligence(MMSE),the probability of occurrence of accidents and the degree of satisfaction was measured and compared.Results The incidence rate of nursing accident in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),MMSE score and patient satisfaction were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing safety management for patients with defect of intelligence score can improve the patient’s cognitive ability and satisfaction with the service,and reduce the incidence of accidents,ensure the safety of patients.更多还原
