电化学注浆加固软土效果的试验研究

【摘要】 利用自制的试验装置做了四组软土电化学试验,通过加入四种等量的不同溶液(水玻璃溶液、氯化钙溶液、水及氯化钙联合水玻璃溶液)来探讨不同化学溶液对软土电化学改性固结的影响。通过对试验过程中的电流、排水量、单位时间排水速率、能耗以及试验后不同龄期加固强度的分析,得出以下结论:电化学双液注浆能够用较小能耗有效地提升土体的强度,并且随着龄期的增长,承载力不断提升;水玻璃对阳极区域土体加固效果较好,而氯化钙对于阴极区域加固效果较好;电化学单位时间排水速率和排水量不光与电流和土体含水率有关,还与土体的胶结程度有关。

【Abstract】 By using a self-made test device,four electrochemical tests were carried out to explore the application effect of the different chemical solutions by adding four different equal solution( sodium silicate solution,calcium chloride solution,water and calcium chloride solution combined with sodium silicate solution). Based on the analysis of the current,drainage,drainage rate of unit time,energy consumption and reinforcement strength of different ages after the experiment,the following results are derived,the electrochemical double liquid grouting can improve the maximum strength of the soil with little energy consumption,with the continuous extension of age the bearing capacity of the test soil mass is improved continually,sodium silicate can strengthen the anode area of the test soil better while calcium chloride can strengthen the cathode area of the test soil better,the electrochemical drainage rate of unit time and cumulative drainage are not only related to the current and water content of the soil,but also to the degree of cementation.
