基于红外热像技术的电机定子线圈腐蚀诊断研究
Research on Corrosion Diagnosis of Motor Stator Windings Based on Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology
【摘要】 为了实现对电机定子线圈腐蚀缺陷的精确诊断,建立电机负载实验台,采用红外热像技术对三相异步电动机进行检测实验,获取不同工况下电机运行红外热像图,分析得到电机定子工作中的温度场数据及温度-频率曲线,通过分析数据,获取电机定子线圈因腐蚀导致的缺陷和绝缘性变化等损伤对应的红外特征及温度场变化规律。结果表明,通过对三相异步电动机定子线圈红外热像云图分析及验证,能够诊断电机定子线圈是否存在腐蚀及腐蚀位置。研究结果为电机定子线圈的故障诊断及预测提供了一种直接有效的新方法。
【Abstract】 A motor load test rig was set up for the study of accurate diagnosis of corrosion defects appeared in motor stator coil. With the test rig, the infrared thermal images of a three-phase asynchronous motor under different operation conditions are shot by infrared thermography. The temperature field data and the temperature-frequency curve of the motor stator coil are obtained. By analyzing the data,the defects and insulation changes in the stator winding of the motor induced by corrosion may be acquired in terms of the relevant infrared characteristic and the temperature field variation regulation. The experimental results show that the proposed technique can be used to diagnose whether the stator coil of the three-phase asynchronous motor did suffer from corrosion or not. The results provide a direct and effective method for the fault diagnosis and prediction of stator coils.
