基于红外热像的轴承沟道腐蚀研究
Detecting Corrosion Induced Damage Within Bearing with Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology
【摘要】 为了探究轴承内部腐蚀缺陷,利用轴承旋转机械摩擦生热这一特点开展研究,分析轴承在特定条件下的温度场变化;采用红外热像技术进行温度捕捉对比实验,获取轴承温度场信息。通过对比实验,能够捕获检测轴承温度场相对于理论标定温度场的温度异常区域,从而得到轴承内沟道腐蚀缺陷的位置。分析、验证结果证实了轴承沟道腐蚀缺陷温度场研究的可行性。
【Abstract】 In order to detect corrosion-induced damages in an operating bearing, the real time temperature field image of which was obtained by using infrared thermal imager. By comparison the theoretical image of bearing temperature field with the measured one, the abnormal areas on the temperature field images could be differentiated, which then may be considered as the locations of the corrosion-induced damage within the bearing. The feasibility of bearing temperature field image for detecting the groove-like corrosion induced damages within the bearing is finally confirmed by results of comparative experiments.
