【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of structural characteristics of the exhibition center, we formulated dismantling plans accordingly. The hall cantilevered canopy was dismantled in batches; Steel arch was hung& lifted in whole by 3 cranes; and portal frame was manually split by cradle worker sand later removed via crane. With collaborative management, we completed project safely & on schedule. The techniques and methods have good engineering application value.更多还原
