SPS技术在粉末冶金材料中的应用现状
Application status of SPS technology in powder metallurgy materials
【摘要】 放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术作为一种新型粉末固化成形技术,因其升温速度快、烧结时间短、烧结材料的致密度高等优点而引起了广泛关注。重点概述了放电等离子烧结技术的应用领域,分析其发展过程中面临的问题,展望了其未来发展趋势。
【Abstract】 As a new kind of powder solidification forming technology,spark plasma sintering technology has attracted extensive attention because of its high heating rate,short sintering time and high density of sintered materials. The application field of spark plasma sintering technology was summarized. The problems in the development process were analyzed,and the future development trend of spark plasma sintering technology was prospected.
