装套温度对FGH97合金制件组织性能的影响
The effect of filling temperature on microstructure and properties of FGH97 PM superalloy
【摘要】 针对不同装套温度下FGH97合金制件的显微组织和冲击性能、室温拉伸性能、持久性能等进行观察和分析。结果表明:在装套温度为400℃和500℃的情况下,合金的显微组织没有明显区别,各项力学性都满足要求,装套温度为500℃时,冲击韧性、持久性能均稍有提高。
【Abstract】 The microstructure,impact property,tensile property at room temperature and stress rupture property of FGH97 superalloy at different filling temperature were observed and analyzed. The results show that at filling temperature of 400 ℃ and 500 ℃,microstructure of superalloy has no obvious difference,the properties above meet the technical requirements. At the filling temperature of 500 ℃,the impact toughness and stress rupture property of the alloy are higher than those filled at 400 ℃.
