【摘要】 目的分析个性化护理对肺癌患者化疗后癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响。方法将我院100例肺癌化疗患者,随机均分成对照组50例采用常规护理措施,试验组50例采用个性化护理措施。对比两组患者护理前后癌因性疲乏情况及生活质量。结果两组患者护理前癌因性疲乏情况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),采用个性化护理措施后,试验组癌因性疲乏改善情况明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者护理后的生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理措施从患者自身情况出发,可显著改善患者癌因性疲乏情况,提高化疗患者的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze effect of specific nursing on cancer related fatigue and quality of life of patient with lung cancer after chemotherapy. Methods 100 cases of patients with chemotherapy for lung cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases for each. 50 cases in control group were provided with conventional nursing, while the other 50 cases in experiment group were provided with specific nursing measures. Patients in two groups were compared for cancer related fatigue and quality of life before and after nursing. Results There was no significant difference in cancer related fatigue between two groups before nursing(P>0.05). After specific nursing, improvement of cancer related fatigue in experiment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05). After nursing, quality of life of patients in experiment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Specific nursing measures can dramatically optimize cancer related fatigue and improve quality of life for patients since it is based on specific condition of patients, which is worthy of clinical expansion and application.更多还原
