【摘要】 目的研究补肾化痰中药对多囊卵巢综合征患者血清IGFBP-1及MMPs水平的影响,分析补肾化痰中药对PCOS改善的作用机制。方法对PCOS患者进行中药治疗、西药治疗、中西医联合治疗,采用临床症状评分来评价中医证候治疗效果,采用酶联免疫检测法检测患者治疗前后血清中MMP-2、MMP-9和IGFBP-1的水平。结果补肾化痰方能取得与西药达英-35相同的中医证候治疗效果,中西医联合治疗的效果最佳,能够在显著降低患者体内MMP-2、MMP-9的水平的同时提高患者体内IGFBP-1的水平。结论补肾化痰中药对PCOS的改善可能与MMP-2、MMP-9和IGFBP-1的水平相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of MMPs and IGFBP-1expression in polycystic ovary syndrome treated by Bushen Huatan recipe and analyze the mechanism of action of Bushen Huatan recipe for PCOS improving.Methods PCOS patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine,combined Chinese and western medicine.The efficacy of the treatment of syndromes were evaluated by the clinical symptom scores,the MMP-2,MMP-9and IGFBP-1level before and after treatment in patients were detected by ELISA.Results Bushen Huatan recipe could achieve the same as the western medicine taie-35 syndromes treatment effect.Combined Chinese and western medicine treatment effect was best,and it could significantly reduce the body of the level of MMP-2and MMP-9,at the same time,improve the IGFBP-1level.ConclusionBushen Huatan recipe may be closely related to the level of MMP-2,MMP-9and IGFBP-1for PCOS treatment.更多还原
