【摘要】 目的探讨TET2蛋白(ten-eleven translocation 2)在不同分子亚型乳腺癌组织中的表达特点及与乳腺癌各临床因素之间的关系。方法免疫组化检测155例乳腺癌中TET2、ER、PR、Ki67和HER2蛋白的表达水平,FISH技术检测HER2基因扩增情况,结合患者相关资料进行分析。结果 TET2蛋白在Luminal B(HER2+)型乳腺癌组织中的表达水平明显下调(P<0.001),在HER2阳性的乳腺癌组织中也发现TET2表达水平下调(P<0.001),并且TET2表达水平还受到肿瘤大小和淋巴结转移等因素影响(P<0.001)。结论 TET2蛋白在不同分子亚型乳腺癌组织中的表达差异有统计学意义,并且与乳腺癌多项临床特征有关,可能有助于判断乳腺癌的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of TET2(ten-eleven translocation 2)in breast cancer tissues of different subtypes and the correlation between TET2 expression and clinic features of breast cancer.Methods The expression of TET2,ER,PR,Ki67 and HER2 was detected by streptavidin-peroxidase(SP),the expression of HER2 was detected by FISH in 155 cases of breast cancer,and the related data were combined with to analyze.Results The expression of TET2 was significantly decreased in Luminal B HER2 positive breast cancer tissues compared to that in others(P<0.001).TET2 expression was also significantly decreased in breast cancer with higher expression of HER2(P<0.001),and was affected by tumor size,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.001).Conclusion The expression of TET2 shows significant difference among different molecular subtypes of breast cancer.It is also related to the clinical features of breast cancer,which indicates that TET2 may be a prognostic biological marker in breast cancer.更多还原
