茶色素对年轻恒牙面窝沟封堵的对比观察研究
The Study of Tea Pigments to Seal Fissure of Young Permanent Teeth
【摘要】 目的探讨应用茶叶有效成分封堵年轻恒牙面的窝沟以预防窝沟龋的可行性。方法将36颗离体牙随机分为6组(n=6):24mg/mL的绿茶、白茶、乌龙茶、红茶溶液组以及1mg/mL茶色素成品组和窝沟封闭组。除窝沟封闭组,其余5组均将离体牙牙冠分别倒置在上述茶浸出液中,浸泡24h后,使用立体显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察各组牙齿表面特别是面窝沟处的茶色素吸附情况。结果立体显微镜下观察:茶色素组相对于其他种类茶叶组的窝沟处色泽较深,其次为红茶组、乌龙茶组、白茶组以及绿茶组。扫描电子显微镜下观察:除绿茶组外,其他实验组窝沟处都有吸附物封堵,各组吸附物厚度经方差分析显示,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);用LSD检验进行各组间两两比较,显示各组间差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 面点隙窝沟处的物质与茶色素有关,可以以茶色素为主要研究对象,进一步研究应用茶叶进行物理性封堵窝沟来预防龋病的可行性。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the active role of different components in tea in caries prevention. Methods 36 isolated teeth were randomly assigned to 6groups. Each group had 6teeth:24mg/mL green tea group,24mg/mL white tea group,24mg/mL oolong tea group,24mg/mL black tea group,1mg/mL tea pigment group,and dental sealant group. The isolated teeth were immersed in the assigned liquid for 24 h. Using stereo microscope and scanning election microscope(SEM)we evaluated the pigmentation on the tooth surface. Results Tea pigments group showed better in the sealing than the other tea groups,but no more than dental sealant group. The green tea had no adsorption at the fissure by SEM observing. Among the different groups the result was statistically significant(F=540.719,P<0.05). With LSD test comparison between two groups each time,it was shown that there was statistical difference between groups(P<0.05). The high concentration of black tea group showed better sealing result. Conclusions The effect of high concentration of black tea is the best. Substance observed at the fissure is related to tea pigment,therefore we think that tea pigments can be of field of interest for the prevention of dental caries.
