白腐真菌对四氯化碳的降解及吸附性能研究

【摘要】 以白腐真菌属黄孢原毛平革菌的非模式菌种(ACCC-30414)为研究对象,通过降解和吸附试验,确定白腐真菌对四氯化碳(CT)的最佳降解和吸附条件,并对其进行动力学和热力学分析。研究表明:白腐真菌在pH=4.5,摇床温度35℃,CT初始浓度为120μg/L,孢子悬液投加量为1 m L/100 m L时,对CT的降解效果最好,降解率为87.7%。降解过程符合伪一级动力学反应模型,模拟结果降解速率常数为0.302 5;以白腐真菌灭活菌体作为吸附剂对CT进行吸附,其过程符合Langmuir吸附等温模型,吸附动力学为伪二级模型,热力学显示△G<0、△H<0、△S<0,说明吸附反应为自发进行,吸附过程中放出热量,熵减小。

【Abstract】 The best degradation and adsorption conditions of carbon tetrachloride(CT) were studied by the experiment,with Phanerochaete chrysosporium as the study object. Then the model of kinetics and thermodynamics were verified by the process of degradation and adsorption. On condition of that p H 4.5,table temperature 35 ℃,initial concentration of CT was120 μg/L and the spore suspension dosing quantity was 1 m L/100 m L,white-rot fungi had the best degradation rate on CT as(87.7%). Meanwhile degradation process was in line with the pseudo first order reaction kinetics, and biological degradation rate constant was 0.302 5. Then adsorption of CT onto white-rot fungi had a good simulation on the Langmuir adsorption isotherm models,moreover adsorption kinetics was in line with the pseudo secondary dynamic model. Result of thermodynamics △G<0,△H<0,△S<0 indicated that adsorption reaction was spontaneous physical adsorption,exothermic and entropy decreases process.
