【摘要】 针对目前钢结构应用型人才培养存在的问题和钢结构行业工程技术人才短缺的现状,提出了球队模型钢结构应用型人才培养的教学改革方案。借用球队相关术语,提出了钢结构应用型人才的教学改革思路:基于行业要求,对钢结构模块课程进行动态调整;以学生为中心,采用丰富多彩的教学方法和教学手段;构建立体实践教学体系,培养学生的工程实践能力;以学生为本,改革课程考评方式。教学实践表明,此模型培养的学生理论基础扎实,工程实践能力强,受到用人单位好评。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regarding the existing problems in steel structure talent cultivation and shortage in steel structure technicians,the paper proposed a teaching reform scheme,namely,the football model application in steel structure talent cultivation. Based on relevant football team’s terms,the paper put forward the teaching reform approach for steel structure talent cultivation. To be specific,according to industrial standards,the paper made dynamic adjustment on steel structure courses,focused on the students and suggested various teaching methods,established three-dimensional practical teaching system to develop students’ engineering practice ability,and transformed the performance examination and evaluation methods for the students’ benefit. The teaching practice proved that the teaching reform can cemented the students’ theoretical knowledge and engineering practice ability,as well as competitiveness in the workplace.更多还原
