采用线性拟合法评定水中铅测定的不确定度
Evaluation of the Uncertainty in Measurement of Lead in Water using the Linear Fitting Method
【摘要】 目前实验室污染源监测水中铅常常采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法,以测定水中重金属铅为例,本文采用Top-Down不确定度评定理念,利用实验室日常质控数据,结合标准样品的线性校准方法(线性拟合法)对其不确定度进行评定。结果表明,测定样品浓度在校准曲线0.200mg/L~3.00mg/L范围时,采用线性拟合法评定的扩展不确定度为0.066 mg/L。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the uncertainty is evaluated by daily quality control data in laboratory with linear calibration method of standard sample(linear fitting method),adopting the uncertainty evaluation concept of Top-Down. Taking the determination of heavy metal lead in water through inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry for example,when the concentration of the sample is measured in the range 0.200mg/L~3.00mg/L,the uncertainty of the linear fitting method is 0.066mg/L.
