【摘要】 [目的]在培育清洁级獭兔种子群期间,先后有11只6月龄左右獭兔不同程度感染毛球病,其中4只死亡。从检查感染毛球病獭兔的临床症状与解剖症状入手,从实验动物角度阐明发生毛球病的原因,为预防该病的发生提供合理化建议。[方法]用植物油对9只患兔进行灌胃,剂量为15~20 mL/只;另2只患兔用新鲜较老的地瓜藤补充日粮。[结果]植物油干预后次日,5只感染早、中期症状较轻微的患兔排泄物油腻,呈黑稀浆糊状,夹杂少量毛,但此后患兔不吃不喝近7~10 d;4只感染后期症状较重的患兔排泄物同样很油腻,呈黑稀浆糊状,没有发现毛团,干预后第3 d及第4 d,4只患兔全部死亡;另2只感染早、中期症状较轻微的患兔用新鲜较老的地瓜藤进行日粮补充,次日顺利排出以毛串成的粪球链。[结论]早、中期以植物油干预治疗效果一般但副作用大,后期没有疗效;早、中期以日粮中补充粗纤维的形式进行干预,效果好、无任何副作用;该病应以预防为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim of this study was to investigate the infection of Trichomonas vaginalis in eleven Rex rabbits of 6 months old,4 of them died during the breeding period. From the examination of the clinical symptoms and anatomical symptoms of the infected Rabbit rabbit,the cause of the woolball disease was clarified from the point of view of experimental animals,and rationalization suggestions were provided for preventing the occurrence of the disease. [Method] The nine rabbits were fed with vegetable oil at the dose of 15~20 mL/mouse; and the other 2 were fed daily with sweet potato vines that were fresh and mature.[Result] After the intervention of vegetable oil,the 5 rabbits in their early or middle infected stage could emit a small amount of hair in the next day,and their excrements appeared greasy black slurry paste.Since then of rabbits were nearly 7 to 10 days without food and water.whereas the hair was not found from the 4 rabbits that were comparatively seriously infected,and none of the 4 survived after 3 or 4 days. The other 2 rabbits in their early or middle infected stage that were fed with sweet potato vines could successfully emit a chain of fecal pellets with hair. [Conclusion] In the early onset of the treatment,the method worked well but with serious side effects. But no efficacy was found in the late period. Therefore,prevention is supposed to be the major way to treat the disease. In the early treatment of supplementing crude fiber into daily ration worked well without any side effects.
