【Abstract】 A method was established for analyzing Amicarbazone by HPLC using the Waters Symmetry? C₁₈ column and a variable wavelength UV detector at 223 nm, the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile and water（60:40, by vol） at a flow rate of0.8ml/min. Quantitative analysis of effective ingredients was carried out using external standard method. The results demonstrated that the linearity correlation coefficient was 0.9999 in the range of0.2mg/L to 50.0mg/L, the average recovery was 99.0⁹9.2%, the variation coefficient was 0.3%.更多还原
