叶片数对多翼离心风机性能影响的分析
The Effect of the Number of Blades on the Performance of a Multi-blade Centrifugal Fan
【摘要】 多翼离心风机流道窄,叶片数分布多,压力系数及流量系数大。叶片弦长短、数目多,导致稠度大,这种风机内部滑移系数有别于其他类型离心风机。科学合理的设计叶片数,会使多翼离心风机得到好的尾迹流场分布。为了研究稠度对风机性能影响。本文选取三种不同叶片数目的叶轮作为研究对象,通过数值仿真手段,对其内部流场及外部特性展开研究,研究结果表明:有48片叶片的多翼离心风机,具有较好的内流分布及外部特性,最后通过性能试验对这一结论进行了验证。
【Abstract】 A multi-blade centrifugal fan has a large pressure and discharge coefficient due to the narrow flow channel and multiple number of blades. Due to the shorter blade chord length and high solidity, the multi-blade fans is different from other types of fan. It should design reasonable number blades for multi-blade fan to get the good wake flow distribution. In order to study the impact of the solidity on the performance, three different blade numbers of an impeller were analyzed by numerical simulation. The results of the characteristics of the internal and external flow field show that the fan has a good flow distribution and external characteristic with 48 blades. This conclusion was verified based on test results.
