果胶寡糖螯合锌对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和蛋中锌铁含量的影响

【摘要】 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平果胶寡糖螯合锌(zinc pectic oligosaccharides che-late,Zn-POS)对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和蛋中锌铁含量的影响。选取600只健康的体重和产蛋率相近的22周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组10个重复,每个重复12只鸡。Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ组在基础饲粮中添加268 mg/kg杆菌肽锌,均作为对照组;Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组分别在基础饲粮中添加200、400 mg/kg和600 mg/kg果胶寡糖螯合锌。预饲期1周,正试期8周。结果表明:(1)Ⅱ组和Ⅴ组的产蛋率和平均蛋重均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),但平均日采食量和料蛋比差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组与Ⅴ组相比,产蛋率、平均日采食量、平均蛋重和料蛋比没有显著差异(P>0.05)。各试验组之间平均日采食量和料蛋比差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)Ⅴ组的蛋黄颜色显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。(3)Ⅱ组蛋中锌含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),各试验组蛋中铁含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加果胶寡糖螯合锌可以改善海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能,提高产蛋率,增加平均蛋重和蛋黄颜色。试验中海兰褐蛋鸡饲粮Zn-POS的适宜添加量为600 mg/kg。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary zinc pectic oligo-saccharide chelate(Zn-POS) supplemental levels on performance, egg quality and zinc,iron content inegg of laying hens. A total of 600 22-wk-old healthy Hy-Line laying hens with the same laying rateand similar weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 replicates per group and 12 hens perreplicates. The laying hens were fed a basal corn-soybean diet in group Ⅰ as control group, supple-mented 268 mg/kg bacitracin zinc in group Ⅱ, supplemented with 200, 400 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg Zn-POS in group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and V. respectively. The experiment comprised 1 week of adaptation and 8 weeks of measurement period. The results showed as follows:(1) Compared with group Ⅰ, the layingrate and the average egg weight in group Ⅱ and Ⅴ were significantly increased(P<0.05), while no sigthe ratio of feed to egg were found in group Ⅱand Ⅴ(P>0.05). There was no significant differ-ence founded between group Ⅱ and Ⅴ(P>0.05).(2) The eggshell thickness in group II was signifi-cantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05), the yolk color in group V was signifi-cantly higher than those in group I, III and IV(P<0.05).(3) Compared with the control group,the zinc content in the egg was significantly increased in group Ⅱ(P<0.05). In conclusion, dietary Zn-POS can improve the performance, increasedlaying rate, average egg weight and yolk color of laying hens. The optimal zinc pectic oligosaccharidechelate level of Hy-Line laying hens was 600 mg/kg in this study.
