【摘要】 运用TRIZ理论对饲料包装袋套袋机的开袋装置进行优化。以TRIZ理论及其解决创新问题的流程为基础,针对饲料包装袋套袋机开袋装置的实际问题,运用TRIZ理论方法及工具提出解决方案。最终得到实施方案,为产品的优化设计提出了依据。结果提示,将得到的方案应用在实物样机中,取得了理想的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the TRIZ theory to optimize the bag opening device of the bagging machine. Based on the TRIZ theory and its process of solving the problem,this paper proposed solutions to the practical problem of the bag opening device of the feed packing hag bagging machine by using TRIZ theory and tools. Finally, the implementation scheme was putted forward, which provided the basis for the optimization design of the product. These results indicated that the proposed scheme was applied to the physical prototype, and the desired results were obtained.更多还原
