【摘要】 目的分析比较湖北省宜昌市2015年7月1日至2016年6月31日城区公立医院意外伤害门诊病例与住院病历分布特征,为进一步有针对性的开展意外伤害健康教育提供理论依据。方法利用宜昌市健康大数据平台依据《国际疾病分类》第10次修订本(ICD-10)收集在此期间意外伤害门诊及住院病例信息,描述分析意外伤害的发生情况。结果宜昌市公立医院意外伤害青、中年人,住院病例主要为中、老年人群。门诊与住院病例在伤害类型表现不同,门诊患者主要是脊柱、皮肤、血管损伤及异物进入,住院患者以下肢损伤为主。结论不同年龄层患者意外伤害的发生特点不同,应有针对的进行健康教育干预,并有倾向的分配意外伤害救治资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the characteristics of patients with unintentional injury in Yichang City. Methods Retrospective investigation was conducted with the data of OPD and hospitalized cases with unintentional injury form July 1,2015 to June 31,2016 retrieved from Yichang City Health Big Data. Results Most outpatients were young and middle-aged,while inpatients were people over 45 years old. The main type of unintentional injury of outpatients were damage of spine,skin and blood vessel,and foreign body getting into body,while hospitalized cases were lower extremities injury. Conclusion Epidemiological characteristics were different between age groups,thus,health education should be targeted,and the distribution of medical resources should be reasonable.更多还原
