垂体窝与交叉前沟关系的解剖学研究
Anatomical Study of the Relationship between Pituitary Fossa and Anterior Sulcus
【摘要】 目的研究垂体窝与交叉前沟的解剖学关系,为侵袭性垂体肿瘤手术提供准确的解剖学测量数据。方法60例成人颅底标本以颅底蝶鞍区垂体窝中心为基点,测量距交叉前沟后缘中点、左视神经颅口外缘、右视神经颅口外缘的距离及垂体窝左右径、前后径、上下径。结果基点距离交叉前沟后缘中点、左视神经颅口外缘、右视神经颅口外缘的距离分别为(9.62±0.36)mm、(21.12±3.08)mm、(21.34±3.12)mm;垂体窝左右径、前后径、上下径分别为(13.92±1.96)mm、(10.36±2.12)mm、(10.36±2.12)mm。结论了解垂体窝与交叉前沟的解剖关系,为术中切取侵袭性垂体肿瘤提供准确定位,提高手术的安全性。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the anatomical relationship between pituitary fossa and anterior sulcus and provide accurate anatomic data for the surgical treatment of invasive pituitary tumors. Methods 60 skull base specimens were selected. The distance of prechiasmaticus posterior midpoint,left and right optic nerve cranial mouth edge and the left and right,anteroposterior and vertical diameters for pituitary fossa were measured with skull base sellar pituitary fossa center as the starting point. Results The distance between prechiasmaticus posterior midpoint,left and right optic nerve cranial mouth edge and the starting point was( 9. 62 ± 0. 36) mm,( 21. 12 ± 3. 08) mm,( 21. 34 ± 3. 12) mm,respectively. The left and right,anteroposterior and vertical diameters for pituitary fossa were( 13. 92 + 1. 96) mm,( 10. 36 + 2. 12) mm and( 10. 36 + 2. 12) mm. Conclusion The further study of the anatomical relationship between pituitary fossa and anterior sulcus can provide accurate location and safety for the removal of invasive pituitary tumors.
